Lino Print

I have had a life long interest in the natural world and this is reflected in the subject matter I have chosen to explore through my art. In 2007 I completed a Masters in Fine Art which was centered around environmental damage and extinction in Australia. In the past few years I have continued to follow this theme in the development of a series of lino prints which focus on Australia’s endangered wildlife. These images are carved into a lino block then coated with oil based ink, hand printed onto archival paper and hand coloured with watercolour and gouache.
