The Alphington Open Studio Weekend is held once each year to showcase the work of local artists.  Held over two consecutive weekends in November, a group of local Alphington Artists will open their doors to provide a special opportunity for the public to talk with the artists and see their work.

Works by the artists are available for sale or by commission for a particular piece.  Please contact the artist directly.  Find Artist Direct contact details via the Artists page.

There’s something for everyone with disciplines including ceramics, drawing, felting, jewellery, mosaic, painting, sculpture, textiles, woodwork and works on paper.

Alphington Open Studios – 24/7 Exhibition at Fairfield Library 1-30 October 2025

Thank you to the visitors that responded so positively to our 24/7 Exhibition held in the Fairfield Library in October this year.

We hope the exhibition inspires you to revisit the artists in their studios and spend some time chatting to the artists and experiencing creative spaces during the Open Studio weekends in November.

Many of the Alphington Community offer an opportunity for creative time of your own.
